Episode 1 - Rick Bauer, Men's Head Coach, Saugatuck High School

In our first podcast episode we talk with Rick Bauer, Men's Cross Country and Track & Field Coach at Saugatuck High School. Coach Bauer just received the USTFCCCA Michigan Men's Coach of the Year Award and has been at the helm of a powerful Division 4 program on the west side of the state in Michigan. He chats with us (through our various technical difficulties and flaws) about how he got started with his coaching career, how he and his wife work together and how they have built and cultivated their program to where it is now.
