Episode 5 - Nancy Smith, Women's Head XC Coach, Northville High School

In this week's episode we catch up with Nancy Smith of Northville High School, (Northville, Michigan) as she shares with us her unique experiences, such as building the powerhouse distance program that Northville is and what kind unforeseen obstacles they had to deal with when their girls shocked the world and became the first team from the state of Michigan to qualify for Nike Cross Country Nationals in 2015. The Mustang harriers have been the epitome of consistency as they have finished in the Top-5 at the MHSAA D1 State Championship five of the last six years and are currently sitting at #2 in the Coaches' Poll! Keep a close eye on them as they compete for another Top-5 finish this November. They will be competing next at the Portage Invitational on Saturday, October 8th!
