Episode 14 - Dave Emeott

2/20/17 - The East Kentwood High School boys team have been one of the most dominant Track & Field programs over the last decade. Not only in the state of Michigan, but on a National level as well. Our guest this week is their head coach, Dave Emeott, who shared with us what helps get his teams to compete at such a high-level every year (hint: starts with team culture) as well as his philosophies of athletics & personal growth for his kids, running programs, and the Kentwood community.
